① Avoid fried foods, especially if you have diabetes.

② Reduce rice and regular chapati. Prefer khapli wheat, whole wheat atta, jowar, bajra, or makai roti.

③ Include nachni (finger millet), barley, and jowar khakra.

④ Eat fresh salads and steamed vegetables (steam for 4–5 minutes).

⑤ Have 5 types of dals regularly.

⑥ Drink vegetable soup or fresh vegetable juice in the afternoon or evening.

⑦ Eat fruits like apple, pear, papaya, and guava between 9:00–10:00 am. (If diabetic, avoid sweet fruits.)

⑧ Eat walnuts (akhrot) and almonds (badam) daily.

⑨ Take 1 cup of dal in the morning and evening (without oil).

⑩ Have one bowl of sprouts in the evening.

⑪ There should be at least one hour of walking exercise every day as well as some light exercise type that will not tire your body (E.g., Cycling, Yogasana, climbing stairs 20 times)

Method

Select any two vegetables from the list above. Add one therapeutic ingredient and prepare fresh juice.
For taste, you may add lime, rock salt, or ginger.
Consume one glass of this juice daily.
